We use your information to provide and improve the Instant Neighbor Guide service, process payments, send transactional emails (such as purchase confirmations and account updates), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Authentication
Account authentication is handled by Supabase. Your password and authentication credentials are managed securely and are never stored in plain text. Please refer to Supabase's privacy policy for details on how authentication data is handled.
4. Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. All payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe over encrypted connections. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for more information.
5. Data Storage
Your account data and generated guide history are stored securely in our database. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Instant Neighbor Guide: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI guide generation). Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
